What we stand for
Why we help
Women represent 2% of the trades workforce.
Australia is entering a lengthy process of economic recovery. As a result, Government and private sector investment in construction and infrastructure will be central to the recovery process.
But the construction and infrastructure workforce is currently 98% male which means that some of Australia’s most recession-impacted women and families will miss out on the recovery, plus employers will miss out on a valuable pool of excellent, dedicated talent.
How we help
